Triumph Vitesse Mark Two Convertible (1968 - 1971)
A strange but engaging mixture - the chassis comes from the original 1959 Herald 950 cc saloon, but the engine is from the executive Triumph 2000. The smooth, lazy six-cylinder engine is the absolute star of the show, but it also has a nice interior and a turning circle tighter than a London taxi. Avoid the pre-1968 Mark One - it had crude rear suspension that could tip you into a hedge in the blink of an eye.
