Famed for his love of the all-American Hummer, Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger's penchant for all-terrain vehicles doesn't stop there. A Mercedes Unimog, customised for the former governor of California just last year, has gone on sale for €208,250 (£164,630).
Normally found gracing the garages of everyone from forest fire-fighters to special forces units and industrial contractors, the Unimog is arguably the world's most capable off-road vehicle - no wonder it found its way into Arnie's affections. The Governator saw fit to add a few choice extras, though, including air suspension, bull bar, remote-control electric winch, reversing camera, roll bar, spot lights and a flatbed rear with seating for three.
It is not known exactly what Arnie specified his Unimog for, though the custom spec suggests he ordered it as a recreational dune-bashing vehicle.
Advertised on German car classifieds site mobile.de, the 7.5-tonne Unimog is based on the chassis from a 1977 model, and has been granted road-legal status in both the US and its native Germany, where it also benefits from vintage car classification.
It's fitted with a 6.4-litre diesel engine producing 320bhp and enough torque to easily transport the Austrian Oak AND one of his trademark cigars. It's barely worn in, too, with an indicated mileage of just 13,048 miles.
