Toyota's all-new RAV SUV starts at £23k
Prices kick off at £22,595 and rise to £29,295 when the car hits showrooms in March 2013.
Three models will be made available called Active, Icon and Invincible. Entry-level Active versions get 17-inch alloys, air conditioning, Bluetooth, electric windows, privacy glass and front fog lamps.
Moving up to Icon, customers are treated to a RAV4 with a powered tailgate, folding mirrors, auto-dimming rear-view mirror and dual-zone air con.
Meanwhile top-draw Invincible models come with full-leather upholstery, heated front seats, roof rails, rear parking sensors and keyless entry and start. Invincible versions also come with the choice of six-speed manual or automatic transmissions.
It's only the entry-level Active model which comes as standard with 2WD; all other versions can be ordered with either 2WD or AWD.
Engine choices are limited to a 2.0-litre petrol and a diesel and a 2.2-litre diesel. It's only the 2.0-litre diesel which isn't carried over from the outgoing RAV4. CO2 emissions for the engine sit at 127g/km.
Ordering is now open with deliveries commencing on March 1, 2013.
