Jeep creates new sporting Grand Cherokee S-Limited

Fans of the Grand Cherokee SRT will be pleased to learn there is now a new variant of Jeep's popular 4x4 that mixes sporty looks without compromising fuel economy.
The new Grand Cherokee S-Limited features styling cues from the range-topping SRT variant, but in place of the full-fat 461bhp 6.4-litre V8 petrol is a 237bhp 3.0-litre V6 CRD diesel engine.
Although slower, economy is far more respectable at 34mpg (combined) and 218g/km in CO2 emissions. This compares against the SRT's frightful 20mpg figure (combined) and 328g/km CO2 emissions.
For the S-Limited's £44,595 asking price, buyers get air-lift suspension, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, gloss black 20-inch alloys and front grille, tinted rear lights and a power tailgate.
Occupants will also be delighted to hear of the 825-watt Harman-Kardon sound system, which features no less than 19 speakers and three sub-woofers.
Real carbon fibre trim details are also present on the S-Limited as well as a heated-leather steering wheel, ventilated leather sports seats and racing pedals completing the sporty look.
