Vauxhall's new Adam starts at £11k
Order books for Vauxhall's much-awaited Mini rival are now open, meaning buyers can get behind the wheel of their very own Adam for as little as £11,255.

Vauxhall's curiously named Adam premium small car has been given its official debut at the Paris Motor Show, and dealerships across the UK can now take orders for the car.

Three trims are available – "Jam", "Slam" and "Glam" – but Vauxhall says there are more than a MILLION specification and trim combinations.

Customers can choose between a number of decal packages, 20 alloy wheel designs and 12 colour schemes – including "I'll be Black", "Papa don't Peach", "Purple Fiction", "James Blonde", "Saturday White Fever" and "Buzz Lightgreen".

The interior can also be personalised – arguably topping the list is the headlining with 60 LED lights embedded in it, creating the effect of starry night sky.

The Adam will initially be offered with three petrol engines – 1.2-litre 68bhp, 1.4-litre 85bhp and 1.4-litre 97bhp.

Prices top out at £14,000 – but by personalising your Adam, the final asking price could be a lot higher.
